The shout quota in this room is
30 seconds so that it will dis-

Generalchat This is THE main conversation room in
chess.net. You can talk

groups about almost any topic with no shout quota. The rules

Countries We have special rooms for people who
speak different languages.
If you speak Italian, German,
Russian... etc. and want to

To make it like ICC's and fics's where only active players are counted on the best list. This would make Truong work extra hard to get his accounts on the best list.. it might even discourage him from being on it..
even if it does not discourage him, it could make him more obvious. since he would have to log in as different accounts more often.
also, I wish best luck in the black coding project that bpm is working on. all I know is the very obscure outline of the project which bonscott told me.
I used to be very disturbed by this, and i went public about 2 months ago.. i just said that digital=name=name=photogenic
i told this in personal tells.
(also, i think when digital was playing you, he was useing fritz) but i would have to analyse the game with my comptuter to know for certian.
aardvark told me that if i did that again, i would be banned
so i have become 'friends' with photogenic/digital..
but.. it really sickens me..
i am certian that truong is behind the accounts.. it is not one factor which i base my claim, but a combination of many.

i want to add this
I am just sick of this whole
thing.. which is why I mostly play chess at ICC.
even though i have
overreacted in the past, it was because i was caught up in an emotional anger,
which i focused on 'truong', and i got caught up in an emotional furry because
of people who i trusted (ex. zmaster2000) got heavily into the issue in public.
i disagree with the
people who are now making digital lose crazyhouse by distracting him with
harassing words.
i now find it impossible for me
to seriously verbally harass someone, it goes beyond my ethical views. If
this gets worse.. i might stay at ICC for a while.
this wouldn't be a pain like
it is if people don't publicly / privately spread the word about this. even
though i have done it in the past, this leads nowhere, and it only disturbs
people, and fans the flames.
I have changed how I look on issues. right now, I just don't do anything.. there is noting i can do which would benefit chess.net, all I can do is be friendly to digital, photogenic, ect..
To fix this problem is very complex, people must stop harassing players like digital, and other high rated players like him. even though I think he is truong. harassment gets people nowhere.
than, you must get rid of what is causing this 'truong' to make so many accounts, if he is doing so.
you first must have exact proof that it is the same person, than you get rid of his reason for going to chess.net like he is if it is proven.

I requested to aardvark to
ban me. even though I did it quite harshly, I was mad at the time.

I don't
have a copy of what he said because I exited the server before I thought of
copying it. but he got mad at me for telling you about the truong case, and
giving you the bonscott letter which has already been given to you by your
friend who I know at chess.net. I send this letter to you because I deeply
respect you. I consider you to be the nicest GM I know.
You are
not to blame for me being banned, it's upon my request, I just got sick of the
whole thing, and that just pushed me off. I told aardvark before that I
wouldn't talk about truong anymore.. I assumed that he meant on the server,
even though you are attached to the server financially, I didn't think he would
have a problem with it. (not as though I cared anyways)
So far, he hasn't completed
my request. but I assume he will do so in time.
the
reason someone doesn't do this to the servers like ICC, fics, is because the
admits there are not softies.. they do what it is in logic to do..
if it
was ICC's or Fics's administration handling this 'truong case' the truong war
would not have happened. the chess.net corruption includes aardvark also.
Once, I
shouted to Digital, to whom I was trying to be nice to, "Hello fellow
ditto head" the next day, aardvark said 'we need to talk' and than he told
me to never shout about truong again.. I asked what I
shouted. (I didn't remember what I had done, because I never shouted about
truong) this went on for a while when he finally said that
he couldn't tell me the quote which I said because he doesn't have it with
him. The next day, I contacted him and I got vague responses. so I didn't
ask anymore.
He tells me this, but never
adds anything in my comment notes..
I don't
know why he wouldn't do that.
(When I asked an admin how
many comments I had in my comment file, he said that the last one was in 1999
because my rating jumped up.)

I had my account frozen so I can come back when the
corruption is taken care of. [I people
at chess.net, so I came back]
I've also decided not to use my computer
accounts anymore on chess.net (I
will give the account observer away to anybody who wants it once someone
programmers an interface for it)
I did use my computer account Lyubimov today, but I have recently decided
not to use it.
The thing with aardvark goes back,, he wants me to get off the truong
issue..
he said something to the extent, if you don't get off the truong issue, you
will be banned.
he said this a while ago, I thought me meant the following.
'if you ever shout anything, tell people tells about truong, you will be
banned' as, if I started up people's emotions in the chess.net public, by
telling them about this. (the main people who did do this are no longer at
chess.net, some were justified though, because after aardvark told them not
to shout it, they still rose people's emotions in public chat)
but I guess it included emails to you also by his rules.
I did apologize to aardvark for calling him an ass. Since my wallet was
stolen yesterday [05-16-00] I was already in a bad mood.. but I don't want to
use that
as an excuse. and as far as I can tell, he understands why I got mad.
(on a side note; be careful of aardvark, he might fall into the loop of
corruption. you will have to observe his speech and reactions to some
issues) I am concerned because from what I have seen. He never looks at the
'evidence' given before him. some of the evidence against this problem is
non provable because there is no way to encrypt tells. the other evidence is
in the combination of the game style, and many other things including the
email sometimes -it said this in bonscott's letter- when he does have
evidence before him, he doesn't seem to think on it. he seems blind to the
side of the issue opposing his.
